Prayers for Scotland

Tomorrow (Thursday), our brothers and sisters in Scotland are literally voting on their future: whether or not to secede from the United Kingdom and become a completely independent and sovereign nation again.

While I have many personal opinions on the issue, I am not a Scottish citizen, so any words of mine would be largely pointless (nor is it really any of my business) other than to say, "Pray for Scotland."

Comments

I have no dog in this fight except for ancestry from both sides of Hadrian's wall. I pray for continued peace in the dispute which would be rather unique in the history of splits in human civilization.
